the staff left handwritten notes with daily tips, i thought it was very special. a welcome drink and pastries were provided upon arrival. the location is great, near many restaurants and attractions. i appreciated the small touches like umbrellas available to use.

the steep hill leading to the entrance can be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

The front desk staff provided excellent hospitality. They were very cute. they gave helpful recommendations throughout my entire stay. the team provided very nice service and attention to detail. They were really good.

The rooms were modern and cosy. I really enjoyed the lounge area's character. my room was cleaned daily, and it was always very tidy. the room was lovely. It seemed like a surprise as the exterior is deceiving.

The breakfast was excellent and very extensive. The pricing on extras was reasonable. i found good quality in all the offerings. there were many good breakfast options available. I was always satisfied.

the staff provided amazing service. the breakfast included a great selection of food of great quality. the room provided was spacious and nicely decorated. it had everything i needed including rituals bathroom supplies.

The shower door seemed like it could come off when i opened it. It worried me. the seal was coming off of the shower door too. the shower dripped loudly during the night! it woke me up a few times.
