the staff was friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with any request. i particularly appreciated the daily notes with local tips. the courtyard with the plunge pool offered a relaxing escape. breakfast was a good experience , offering quality goods and delicious options.

charming stay

handwritten notes welcome drink great location small touches

the staff left handwritten notes with daily tips, i thought it was very special. a welcome drink and pastries were provided upon arrival. the location is great, near many restaurants and attractions. i appreciated the small touches like umbrellas available to use.

the steep hill leading to the entrance can be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

The front desk staff provided excellent hospitality. They were very cute. they gave helpful recommendations throughout my entire stay. the team provided very nice service and attention to detail. They were great.

The rooms were modern and cosy. I really enjoyed the lounge area's character. my room was cleaned daily, and it was always very tidy. the room was lovely. It was like a surprise as the exterior is deceiving.

i enjoyed the quiet street, it was perfect after exploring. the breakfast was very good, i always looked forward to it. the customer service was excellent too, the staff were very informative, i felt so welcomed!

amazing staff great breakfast nicely decorated room loose door broken seal dripping shower

the staff provided amazing service. the breakfast included a great selection of food of great quality. the room provided was spacious and nicely decorated. it had everything i needed including rituals bathroom supplies.

The shower door seemed like it could come off when i opened it. It worried me. the seal was coming off of the shower door too. the shower dripped loudly during the night! it woke me up a few times.
